First, pay attention to your language today – and the language of your group. Is it Blue Bucket or Red Bucket language.
Second, when you use Red Bucket language, just turn to the right and replace it with Blue Bucket CONTROLLABLE language. See how quickly you can fill up your Blue Bucket with CONTROLLABLE words. Keep the Red Bucket as empty as you can – and empty it quickly when it starts to fill up.
